Creativity as the power of managing complexity

I have been red through the slide share about 2010 IBM Global CEO Study  which I get from the Internet. So let me give my response to it!
Yes, I do agree with the statement that says:
“For CEOs and their organizations, avoiding complexity is not an option — the choice comes in how they respond to it “.
Moreover, to me, it is not even an option because it is a must! Avoiding complexity in an organization is not an easy process to go but the very most important thing is that how you handle the situation which will not harm the relation between employees, customers and their happiness towards our company.

The idea is that you have to show your creativity to see, identify and finally manage the complexity.
Creativity
“Creativity” as the single most important leadership competency for enterprises seeking a path through this complexity which has become a more important leadership quality than attributes like management discipline, rigor or operational acumen.
It is true! Nowadays, there are many competitors which can simply make you and your organization down, so in order to keep moving, we need to be more creative in every single plans for long-term period as well as short-term to keep our costumer stay with us.
“Creative leaders expect to make deeper business model changes to realize their strategies. To succeed, they take more calculated risks, find new ideas, and keep innovating in how they lead and communicate.”
Indeed! This is what we call as “what book does not tell us”. There is nothing to do with higher education if we want to talk about being creative leaders. It is more on your instinct, your passion as a leader towards what do you do then you can really feel on how to manage everything in front of you. Another word for this is “Love what you do and do what you love”. Let me give a simple example for this. As we know that “Go Green” is a common method in every business nowadays. They compete each other to distribute free eco-friendly bags in order to make costumer satisfy with them and they did it! People have changed their habit to bring along the recycle bag in every shopping time. So, I am really proud with whoever started with this excellent idea!
“The most successful organizations co-create products and services creative with customers, and integrate customers into core processes. It is interesting that CEOs selected creativity as the most important leadership attribute. Creative leaders invite disruptive innovation, encourage others to drop out-dated approaches and take balanced risks. They are open-minded and inventive in expanding their management and communication styles, particularly to engage with a new generation of employees, partners and customers.”
Another support from me towards this study is for above statement. Engaging good relationship between employees and customers is one of the greatest methods to sustain the company. It will not only benefit you and your business but as well as people around. For me, which is also as a costumer, I will be really glad if the product company can listen to me and response to my feedback to make better product in future.
